Types of Membership

Active Member

$100 annual dues

Active Membership is open to any MD, DO, or other health care professional who has:

• Completed an accredited urology residency with an unlimited license to practice medicine and surgery in the state, province, or country of the applicant’s residency AND
• Medical practice limited to the specialty of urology AND
• Board Certification of urology in country of practice.

Associate Member

$100 annual dues

Associate Membership is open to any MD, DO, or other health care professional who has:

• Completed an accredited urology residency with an unlimited license to practice medicine and surgery in the state, province, or country of the applicant’s residency AND
• Medical practice limited to the specialty of urology.

Candidate Member

Candidate Membership is open to persons who are:

• Currently enrolled in a residency or graduate training program in urological surgery.

Affiliate Member

$100 annual dues

Affiliate Membership is open to persons who have a:

• Marked interest in the development and purpose of the Society.
